All artwork remains property of Raynbow Signs until purchased with product.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after set-up but prior to production will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.

Shipping Terms
Shipping for all orders is paid for by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Problems After Delivery
Customers have 72 business hours to contact us with any defect or shortage with their order. After that time Raynbow Signs cannot guarantee replacements.
