All art must be supplied electronically. It is extremely important that you read the following specifications on submitting artwork electronically.

Platform: PC
Files done in Microsoft Word or another word processing program, or Power Point will not be accepted in their native formats. Please provide files as a high resolution PDF, TIFF or JPEG.

Accepted Software:

Adobe Photoshop:
Files must be flattened (no layers), have no extra channels (CMYK only) and be saved as TIFF or EPS. Images must be 300 dpi or more at 100% size. Artwork must be saved as CMYK colour. Extend your background for bleed if needed.

Adobe Illustrator:
Files should have all type converted to curves/outlines. Please make sure you have bleed if needed. You may include photos in your document but please also supply them separately.

Colour:
All files must be CMYK, spot or PantoneT colours. This is true for any program in which you may be working. RGB can not be printed and will have to be converted to CMYK in order to print. RGB colours can undergo a change in colour when converted. Customer supplied jobs with colours that do not print properly are the customer's sole responsibility and will be billed for in full.

Where and How to Send:
Artwork may be supplied on CD with the files clearly marked or by email. In both cases, a proof showing layout must accompany your file. If using CMYK colour, a colour proof is a useful tool for us to help match your colour more accurately, however, we can not guarantee colour matching to supplied proofs, as conditions change from proofing system to proofing system and printer to printer. If you are emailing your file you may send a pdf as a proof or mail a hard copy of the layout.
